A 3D CPM "tissue", sliced and visualized as a microscopy image. CPM cells are just 3D cells with as "nucleus" another cell with a very high background adhesion (forcing it to stay inside). Image will show up when the simulation is done running; this may take some time. Note: this uses tensorflow.
